This promotion is offered by Town & Country (“the Company”).
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who refer a friend (“the Referred Seller”) to the Company.
A referral will qualify where the Referred Seller:

is not currently registered with the Company;
has not received a valuation, appraisal, or marketing service from the Company within the preceding six (6) months; and
formally instructs the Company to market their property under a signed agency agreement.

Referrals must be made prior to the Referred Seller instructing the Company. Retrospective referrals will not be accepted.

Upon a qualifying referral, the Company will make a £250 donation to the referring school’s PTA, payable following the successful completion of the Referred Seller’s property sale.
The donation will be made directly to the PTA nominated at the time of referral. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
Only one donation will be paid per qualifying instruction and completed sale, regardless of the number of individuals involved in making the referral.
There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals that may be made by an individual, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to verify all referrals and to withhold or refuse payment where it reasonably believes the promotion is being misused, manipulated, or operated outside its intended spirit.
This promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other referral, incentive, or promotional offer unless expressly stated.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
