Terms and Conditions

This competition is open to property owners instructing a sale through our Town & Country Redbourn or Caddington offices.

To be eligible, sale instructions must be received by 31st January 2026.

One winner will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries. The prize consists of a full waiver of Town & Country’s standard residential selling fees. Please note that any additional third-party costs (including but not limited to legal fees, EPCs, surveys or specialist reports) are not covered.

The winner will be contacted directly no later than 15th February 2026. There is no cash alternative to the prize.

By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity associated with the competition. This may include photography and the use of their name and/or image in Town & Country’s print, online, and social media marketing materials.
