Government guidance is that we should introduce protective measures on property viewings as follows:
- You, and the buyer, will be required to complete a health assessment before the viewing takes place
- Only 2 viewers will be permitted
- You will be required to vacate the property (unless otherwise agreed)
- All internal doors of the property should be left open and any lights turned on, if something needs to be opened we (the agent) will do it for you
- Once the viewing has taken place, please sanitize all surfaces and door handles
